We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Executive that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be promoting products, services and brands to an audience of both existing and potential customers in the Mauritian Market. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. It's your job to help increase sales by raising the profile of your business, through targeted promotional marketing campaigns and strategies. Professional Requirements and Experience Must Business Development skills, including tele-marketing, presentation, negotiation and communication; Must be fluent in communication Ability to interact with and influence multiple sales channels Ability to manage and track lead generation and a sales pipeline through a CRM system Ability to organize and prepare business development materials Good knowledge of MS-Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A Project Management background would be an added advantage, but not mandatory. Personal Requirements Willing to work on a ‘part-time’ or ‘flexi-time’ basis for a start and eventually on a full-time basis, depending on performance and requirements; Tenacious & creative marketing and sales approach; Driven and motivated by results; Passionate about performance marketing; Strong presenter, influencer and negotiator; Organized with good attention to detail; A self-starter who can spot new opportunities; Must have a pleasant personality and be dynamic in nature; Willing to travel overseas for any cognate assignments, if required and willing to; Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience and adaptability to the job requirements).
