Job Description

• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
• To effectively penetrate the market in line with the business expansion plan & formulating strategies for the region.
• Planning and Design promotional material / tools to support the sales
• Interactions with the Clients-new, existing & to meet business objectives.
• Promote products and service by various channels
• Make timely offers for better sales result
• Identifying & Analyzing new Market Segments & new channels.
• To provide after sales service to the clients.
• To arrange for site visits for clients if needed.
• To maintain relationship with Offices/consultants/turnkey contractors
• To identify the prospective clients from various fields to sell residential and commercial products.
