Job Description


  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals and building long term relationships.
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments if appropriate.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Specific duties

  • Recruit new clients for the profit of the company.
  • Research market trends and keep up to date with the interior fit-out industry trends and movements.
  • Build and maintain long lasting relationships with potential clients.
  • Have a clear and transparent communication channel with both clients and colleagues.
  • Report on all sales and lead generation opportunities (weekly) via the CRM system.
  • Perform administrative duties which are applicable to the sales process, and operate within the company procedures, structures and policies.


  • Senior certificate
  • Marketing qualification
  • 5 years relevant and verifiable work experience in sales and account management in a service-providing industry
  • Advantageous: Related experience working with the interior fit out of spaces, furniture and finishes
