Job Description
We are seeking for a dynamic and talented cook who live in the vicinity of Tamarin.
Qualification & Experience
- School Certificate
- NC 3 food production from Hotel School of Mauritius or equivalent
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in reputable organizations
- Actively participates in the provision of excellent service to guests
- Collect ordered food products from deliveries
- Check all products (dry, frozen, fresh provisions)
- Store all provisions in respective locations
- Prepare “mise-en-place” for all foodstuffs as appropriate
- Cook as per “fiches techniques”
- Prepare plates as per company standards
- Comply with QHSE regulations and policies
- Perform general cleaning task as per company standards to keep workplace tidy
- Assist the team where needed. Be a team player is a must
