Cook

We are seeking for a dynamic and talented cook who live in the vicinity of Tamarin.

Qualification & Experience

• School Certificate
• NC 3 food production from Hotel School of Mauritius or equivalent
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in reputable organizations
• Actively participates in the provision of excellent service to guests
• Collect ordered food products from deliveries
• Check all products (dry, frozen, fresh provisions)
• Store all provisions in respective locations
• Prepare “mise-en-place” for all foodstuffs as appropriate
• Cook as per “fiches techniques”
• Prepare plates as per company standards
• Comply with QHSE regulations and policies
• Perform general cleaning task as per company standards to keep workplace tidy
• Assist the team where needed. Be a team player is a must
