Sort applicants’ CVs & file by position.
Compile & update employee records.
Prepare reports & spreadsheets relating to recruitment, staffing, absences, leave, disciplinary warnings, work-related accidents, etc.
Assist with recruiting process by calling candidates, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, as well as, on-boarding process for new hires.
Degree in Human Resources.
At least two years’ relevant work experience.
Ability to communicate fluently in written & spoken English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills
