Perform recruitment including reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, checking references, & interviewing to ensure a proper candidate fit.
Oversee new hire induction & orientation.
Oversee management of personnel files including employment agreements, sick days, annual leave, work-related accidents, & terminations.
Monitor absenteeism (sickness, absences, & permissions).
Assist in establishing work rules in compliance with labor laws.
Liaise with Labor Inspector & Social Security and maintain related files.
Properly handle employee issues including disciplinary action, as well as, complaints.
Degree in Human Resources Management.
At least five years’ relevant work experience in similar position, preferably in the construction industry.
Good knowledge of labor laws.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to communicate fluently in written & spoken English.
Good listening & speaking skills.
Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills.
