Responsible for Managing and converting clients to into potential sales for our outsourced client base
-Making phone calls daily to an international customer base for our clients products and services
-Informing clients on characteristics of services, their prices, as well as answering client’s questions.
-Acquiring information on clients and their feedback to our services.
-Answering phone calls from potential clients and providing them with information regarding products
-Assisting clients with any queries and technical issues they come across.
-Scheduling appointments for sales representatives aiming at improving the sales process.
-Performing market research by acquiring information from clients.
-Performing clients follow-up after the sale is over via telephone or electronic email.
-Working with clients at the international markets (depending on the team).
-Continuously improving the quality of services provided.
-Working closely with sales targetsREQUIREMENTS:
-Fluency in English is compulsory
- Bilingual in French/ German
-Experience in sales is big advantageWE OFFER:
