Administrative assistant to join our team
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
Saturday 9:00 - 12:00
Main Responsibilities.
-Book keeping
-Responsible for preparation of export documentation & coordinating the process with freight agents.
-Ensure completeness of sales invoicing in a timely manner.
-Ensure payments/suppliers invoices are processed accurately and within expected time periods.
-Work closely with the personnel to ensure update of all transactions in the software.
-Actively involved in monthly stocktake.
Job Requirements
-Minimum qualification: HSC
-Excellent knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
-Knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook) and QuickBooks
-Excellent communication and people skills, written and verbal communication skills in English
-Organised and methodical approach to a task
-2 to 4 years of relevant experience
