Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Managing sales support related queries across multiple international offices
-Maintaining of client details on CRM (CRM Management)
-Assisting with real time client requests (e.g password resets, updating details)
-Adding of client deposits following calculations
-Experience with customer relationship management software is a plus
-Experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel is a must
-Candidate must be able to multitask while maintaining 100% accuracy
-Finance/Accounting or Administrative background is preferred due to the nature of tasks
-Candidate must have the ability to think critically and practically
-Adhoc tasks relating to reporting and reconciliation
-Candidate must be able to work accurately following thorough training
-Dispute management is required for the role
