Stay up-to-date with the RPA technology to add value to the project
Participating in solution design against business requirements
Analyze business requirements for developing functional and non-functional system requirements
Performing Proof of Concepts for feasibility analysis for the proposed automated solution
Following best practices for code development, reviews, and releases
Ability to deliver within estimated timelines
Be able to work in tight deadlines
Working with the Business Process Teams during the UAT and roll-out
Fixing bugs during UAT
Ability to provide quick resolution for issues after go-live
Troubleshooting capabilities for the issues to identify the root cause
Develop upgrades for existing applications
Creating and maintaining solution documentation
Can do approach and a positive attitude to support the project as and when required
The ability to learn new technologies quickly
Taking accountability of automation projects
Job Requirements
Required Skillset
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Good experience in Blue Prism (RPA Tool) development platform
Good knowledge of RPA documentation (Ex. PDD, SDD etc.) preparation
Excellent level of hands-on knowledge in the field of Microsoft office tools specifically - Excel, Macro, MS Access, and other general office applications
Good to have DOT Net programming languages
Hand on experience of SAP, Desktop and Web application Automation
Strong Logical Thinking, Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
Excellent communication skills
Be able to work as an individual and as part of a team
