If you have prior 2 years minimum experience as a Corporate Administrator, This is for you!
We are currently recruiting a Corporate Administrator who will assist in the services provided to the portfolio of client companies.
Main Duties includes but not limited to:- Responsible for proper keeping of client’s records and files.
- Attending clients’ requests with regards to corporate secretarial services.
- Ensure compliance with regards to relevant regulatory and legal framework.
- Attending board and committee meetings and drafting minutes of meetings.
- Perform such other corporate secretarial duties as may be required for the portfolio of clients.
