Job Description
We require a dynamic and energetic individual who will be providing support to the back office manager in the day-to-day tasks of the company.
• Providing administrative support to the back-office team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the back-office team.
• Assisting with the organization of events and meetings, including booking venues and making travel arrangements.
• Responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Job Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Driving License and Fluency in English are mandatory
