Ensure that all customers are assisted and orders taken. Display highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times.
Ensure that orders are well captured on POS as per the Company’s standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner and payments.
• Maintain a good knowledge of the different service times, Food & Beverage Menu, Promotions.
• Perform Opening & Closing duties of till and outlet.
• Billing and proper entry on POS for payment.
• Basic cash handling procedures to include taking cash payments and card machine.
• Greet customers in the outlet in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Advise customers on different dishes in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of counter during the whole day.
• Successfully promote and Up sell outlet proposed items.
• Ensure that continued service is managed during the course of the meal.
