Job Description

Responsibilities:
 
• Configure, customize, and optimize Genesys Cloud functionalities based on stakeholders and client needs.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve issues and ensure system stability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
 

Job Requirements

Requirements:
 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages (example Java, JavaScript, or Python).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
