- Planning and Design of Electrical engineering works for building services projects to deliver buildable design within a timely manner, and economical service to meet client’s requirement.
- Check electrical plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculation.
- Monitoring and ensuring that the work progress is within the schedules.
- Follow the scope of work, construction schedule, budget plan and risk management matrix.
- Mobilize resources to roll out the construction program.
- Preparation of M&E cost estimate base on approved design scheme.
- Preparation of technical specifications and tender documentation.
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years’ work experience in construction industry.
- Confident and have strong presentation & communication skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
