Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and committed Operations Manager who will ensure an exceptional customer experience across both online and in-showroom interactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability, not only for their performance but also for the team they manage, striving for excellence in every aspect of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our showroom, reception till delivery and customer service operations, maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming environment that inspires our customers.
- Implement strategic showroom layouts to optimize customer engagement and sales.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop, mentor, and motivate our staff to deliver excellent customer service, holding them accountable for their performance, and facilitating their career growth.
- Foster strong relationships with local suppliers to consistently provide high-quality services.
- Ensure prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries, online and offline.
- Regularly review operational performance, implementing necessary adjustments to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to execute impactful sales and promotional events.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail sector.
- Proven track record in operations management, with a focus on showroom management and continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership abilities, including experience in staff development and holding teams accountable for their performance.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service oriented approach.
- Proficiency in business software, including inventory management and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the role.
- A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
