Join Lovely Home, a leading retailer specializing in interior decoration and home improvement products, as a Warehouse Manager. In this role, you will oversee the efficient operation of our warehouses, ensuring smooth logistics and timely delivery of products to our customers. Your responsibilities include:
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand. Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize storage space. Ensure accuracy of stock management software at all times.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Provide guidance and support to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the warehouse operations. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing shipments. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality standards.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse. Promote a culture of safety awareness and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics, with a track record of successfully leading warehouse operations.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse best practices.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.
Understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
