Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the sourcing requisition flow
  • Troubleshooting system and process as needed
  • Monitor the team performance based on contractual KPIs and SLAs
  • Communicate with external customers and internal stakeholders
  • Handle escalations as required
  • Drive continues improvement, manages/executes process and controls customer changes
  • Meet contractual customer SLA’s
  • Achieve internal objectives and Key Performance Indicators
  • Quality audits
  • Customer engagement, including customer implementation discussions and program/project management
  • Source products at suppliers, if required
  • Negotiate with vendors, as needed

Qualification/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, business administration or scientific background
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast paced, customer focused environment, industry experience, procurement, sourcing business experience and business management
  • Experience in SAP
  • Experienced in serving key accounts (direct customer contact)
  • Fluent in English and German/French
