Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Secretary and Administrative Support to join our team. The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
The Candidate will Handle the day-to-day administrative operation of the Company and monitoring the whole client records process and other related tasks.
He/She shall handle the reception desk if required
The main Responnsibilities will be:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Filing and organizing documents
- Photocopying and scanning documents
- Data entry and record keeping
- Mail handling, including sorting, receiving, and sending mail
- Assisting with meeting preparation and coordination
- Preparing and maintaining reports and presentations
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
