DETAILS
ALICIA SWIM is looking for a Shop Assistant to drive sales and enhance customer experiences. You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with the boutique’s clients and present the brand’s products with expertise and enthusiasm. The role requires attention to detail, proactive can-do attitude and great organisational skills. You will be expected to collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold the brand’s prestigious image.

TASKS (non-exhaustive list)
- Greet and assist customers with high-end beachwear selection.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
- Close sales transactions and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage and update client information in CRM software.
- Maintain inventory software on regular basis.
- Prepare attractive window displays.
- Stay updated on new product arrivals and collections.
- Participate in promotional events and pop-up sales.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

REQUIREMENTS
• Driving license
• Speaking and writing perfectly both French and English
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience with Shopify software is a plus
