Job Description
- Maintain up to date Statement of Accounts for Clients.
- Follow up of payments received via internet banking
- Assist in processing of Bank Reconciliation
- Maintain proper filing of customers' payments, receipt advice, Internal Requisition Advice Etc..
- Attend clients in a professinal manner
- Perform cashier transactions.
- Handle petty cash
- Perform banking for cash and cheque transactions
- To prepare monthly and daily reports
- Input cash receipt journal and production entries on accounting software
- Any cognate duties as per the requirement of the position.
Job Requirements
- HSC
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment preferred
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures.
- Must be reliable and punctual
