Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with their electronics appliances, devices or any other equipment purchased
- Utilise diagnostic tools and software to identify hardware and software problems with different devices or appliances.
- Install and commission electrical systems, equipment and components in accordance to the electrical tools and standards.
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing devices and troubleshooting techniques, pinpoint the root cause of malfunctions.
- Identify and resolve electrical problems by analysing circuits, voltage levels and other electrical characteristics.
- Upgrade and modify electrical systems to improve efficiency or meet new requirements.
- Troubleshoot software issues and assist customers with software upgrades, migrations and others.
- Install new equipment, reconfigure circuits or implement measures as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, records of repairs, parts used, services activities and installations
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager

- A strong understanding of the equipment, tools, and processes used in their field.
- The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- A knack for understanding how things work and how to repair them.
- Skilful use of hands for tasks like assembling, repairing, or calibrating equipment.
- The ability to work with precision and accuracy.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- The willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies.
