Job Description

  • Preparation of Purchase Orders, enter Suppliers Bill, prepare Invoices and Packing List and ensure that Bill of Lading information matches with invoices and packing list
  • Processing of accounting entries on Netsuite Oracle.
  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Issue of receipts and ensuring that each receipt is accurate and does not exceed invoice amount or amount due by client.
  • Verification of cash and cheques received handed over by drivers or clients. Ensuring accuracy and report any discrepancies.
  • Ensuring that cash received tally with debriefing and report anomaly whenever it appears on the same day.
  • Verification of Accounting Documents.
  • Preparation of Banking on a regular basis and submit banking schedule on each occasion for cash and cheque.
  • Allocate payments to invoices.
  • Each expense must be cross-checked with the corresponding invoice, to ensure that the billing is accurate.
  • Process bills for payment.
  • Preparing Vouchers for payments either by internet or cheques for purchases/expenses/acquisition
  • Ensure that Fixed Assets Register are properly maintained.
  • Preparation of Payroll
  • Liaising with Auditor.
  • Any other duties relating to Accounting.
  • Monthly returns or yearly returns for NPF/VAT/TDS.
  • Preparation and submission of Monthly accounts to our Group CFO
  • Preparation and verification of Financial Statements
  • Preparation of Budgets
  • Interact with our Group CFO for queries and preparation of Consolidated accounts
  • Any other cognate duties.
