Cleaner / Tea Lady

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean and disinfect common areas.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Tea Lady Duties:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages as requested.
• Ensure adequate supplies of beverages, sugar, milk, and other condiments.
• Wash and sanitize teapots, cups, and other utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Be able to lift and carry items as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good communication skills.

Working Conditions:

• Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00
• Saturdays 08:30 to 13:00
• Based at Jinn Fei, Riche Terre
