Job Description:We are looking for a
Technical Support professional who will be responsible to provide outstanding support to our clients by resolving technical issues, explaining software features, and ensuring a seamless operation of our products. In this role you will serve as a vital link between our clients and the technical team, ensuring prompt issue resolution, and high client satisfaction with our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform installation/upgrading of our solutions at customer premises.
- Provide briefing, training on our solutions on-site or remotely.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting problems encountered with our software applications through email and phone.
- Assist customers on back up and upgrade of our software applications
- Assist the application support, software support and customer service teams whenever possible.
- Ensure proper and efficient use of company vehicle.
- Ensure good communication with other departments and authorities on all relevant issues and propose improvements when necessary.
- Perform any other related tasks to be assigned by the Project Manager, Team Lead, Departmental Head and Management.
