Job Description
1. Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers they come in contact with
2. Assist the customer with the required request
3. Identify parts needed by using available tools (Handbooks/Catalogues, Online Catalogues)
4. List parts to be quoted and send to Counter Parts Coordinator for final quote processing
5. Prepare Purchase request and send for ordering process
6. Advise customer by phone or mail that parts have reached Store
7. Arrange for delivery if customer do not walk in for pick up
8. Process with warranty / Discrepancy procedures if any and follow up until same is invoiced to supplier.
Job Requirements
- HSC or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in Spareparts
- Knowledge in Parts identification
- Knowledge in mechanical spareparts (Heavy Machinery)
- Good communication skills
- Valid driving licence
