✔ Your mission :- Administrative support to our Sales team (planning and follow-up of visits, management of properties in our portfolio and clients, follow-up of sales and rental files, etc.)
Skills required:
- Experience in administration
- Ability to speak English and French (spoken and written)
- Mastering Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to answer emails and telephone in a clear and professional way
- Be a team player with good interpersonal skills
- Be highly organised, meticulous, and able to handle different tasks simultaneously
