We are looking for a Receptionist/ Admin Clerk to handle administrative tasks, managing phone calls and ensuring efficient communication within the Company.

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage and coordinate the front desk activities, including mail distribution and courier services
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as ordering of stationery, data entry and filing (both digital and physical)
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars
- Maintain accurate records of all messages and returning all missed calls
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the front desk
- Preparing invoices and receipts – Assisting with billing processes and ensuring payment tracking.
- Coordinating with vendors – Liaising with suppliers and contractors for materials, deliveries, and other needs.
- Requesting and managing quotations (RFQs) – Drafting, sending, and following up on RFQs for materials, services, and subcontractors, ensuring timely responses for project needs.
- When Required: Saturday work will be scheduled as needed, depending on project demands or office requirements.
