Job Description
Key responsibilities Regulatory Monitoring: Staying abreast of changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Analyzing the impact of regulatory changes on the organization. Policy Development and Implementation: Developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures. Ensuring that policies are effectively communicated and implemented throughout the organization. Risk Assessment: Identifying and assessing compliance risks. Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Compliance Training: Developing and delivering compliance training programs. Promoting a culture of compliance within the organization. Compliance Monitoring and Auditing: Conducting internal audits and reviews to assess compliance. Investigating and resolving compliance violations. Reporting and Communication: Preparing and presenting compliance reports to management. Communicating effectively with regulatory authorities.
Job Requirements
Education and Certifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in a compliance role. Experience in a similar industry or regulatory environment.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Proficiency in risk assessment and compliance auditing techniques. Ability to use compliance management software.
