Job Description
* Oversee daily operations across all sites
* Ensure contracts are executed as per client agreements
* Supervise site supervisors & team leaders
* Monitor staffing, service quality & client issues
* Prepare operational and performance reports
* Manage rosters, audits, incidents & equipment
Job Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Business / Operations / Logistics or related field
* Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in operations, facilities management, cleaning services or similar
* Strong leadership & people-management skills
* Excellent communication & reporting abilities
* Proficiency in Excel & WhatsApp
* Valid driving liscence & flexibility with working hours
