Job Description

  • Identify and acquire new retail, wholesale, and brand accounts that align with the product capabilities of Socota Group
  • Recommend products and answer questions about products, lead times, prices, credit terms, etc.
  • Negotiate contracts and provide customer support as needed
  • Keep up with fashion brands and trends in the U.S. and Canada
  • Represent Socota and increase recognition of the company within the U.S. and Canada
  • Monitor customer experience by soliciting feedback on product quality and delivery satisfaction
  • Perform comparative shopping to stay up-to-date with Socota‚Äôs competitors
  • Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, management, accounting, and logistics
  • Attend trade shows and conventions
