Job Description

The candidate will be assisting the project analyst to deliver infrastructure payload.
Will be reporting directly to project management team in London.
This is a remote-working contract-based role with flexible schedule that can vary by working days and hours. Core working hours will be from 8AM to 4PM (GMT).

Assist IT project managers and business analysts to deliver infrastructure projects.
Organise information regarding the IT infrastructure portfolio. 
Will be required to work with coding, however no coding experience necessary.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

Preferably a recent graduate (no specific field) with an analytical mindset. Current gap year students and HSC students are encouraged to apply. High School diploma required. Some college credits with an intention of obtaining a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field is desirable.

Experience of working in an office environment is preferred. IT infrastructure or computer programming knowledge preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills required, with demonstrated ability to lead a collaborative conversation with IT and business managers. 
Ability to follow and comprehend complex technical discussions and business processes and take meaningful notes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

You are ambitious and very driven to be a serious contributor from day one. You must have very strong attention to detail and a go-getter attitude.

Work is to be performed remotely online via Teamviewer. You will have access to your own suitable electronic device (laptop/tablet and smartphone) as well as good Internet connectivity to allow for efficient and effective performance.
