Job Description

Want to join ABZ’s dynamic Customer Service team? We are looking for two experienced, motivated and hardworking Customer Service Officers to provide excellent customer service and to promote customer loyalty through the different brands of the company.

ABZ Group is an innovative company based in Grand Baie, Mauritius that is involved in providing online services for a variety of markets including travel, IT solutions, restaurants & Dining, E-commerce and culture through websites like Mauritius Attractions,, Otayo,, and Cinema Sous Les Etoiles. 

Job Responsibilities

The main responsibility will be to communicate with customers in relation to a product or service as well as overseeing the teams that deal directly with clients.

The responsibilities will include:

  • Improve the overall customer service experience and engage with customers 
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through until they're resolved
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Analyze statistics of past engagements with customers and compile reports on trends noticed
  • Mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel
