The role requires candidates to complete a wide range of tasks that include but are not limited to:
- Contacting potential customers and providing friendly advice in person and over the phone.
- Existing customer support and management
- General administration involving usage of cloud based CRM.
- Developing marketing material and content
- Researching new potential markets and advertising strategies
- Establishing and maintaining business partnerships
