Post: Customer Onboarding Representative
Our client is an established company in the BPO Sector, providing outsourcing facilities to
overseas-based clients specialising in the provision of financial services.

1. Job Description
The main role of a Customer Onboarding Representative is to maintain and enhance the company’s
close relationship with its clients.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for the preservation and
expansion of our customer database while achieving a balance between customer orientation and
results-driven approach.

The goal is to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable
relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

2. Duties
● Contact private individuals by phone
● Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service or
describe products and services
● Respond to questions
● Identify and overcome objections
● Take the customer through the sales process
● Maintain customer/potential customer databases
● Follow up on initial contacts

3. Requirements

● Age: 18 to 35 years
● High School Certificate
● Able to work Afternoon Shift
● Good communication skills
● Persuasiveness
● Problem solving
● Adaptability
● Negotiation skills
● Stress tolerance
● Rapport building skills
● High energy level
● Computer Literate
● Good Spoken English

4. Training & Placement
Successful candidates will be provided 180 hours of training over a period of 3 months (Professional
Skills for Sales Executives delivered by Soft Skills Consultants- MQA approved) under the National Skills
Development Programme ( ) & 180 hours of placement in the respective company.

5. Terms & Conditions
● Trainees will be paid Rs. 6000 (Stipend: Rs. 5000 + Transport: Rs. 1000) during the training &
placement period of 3 months.
● After training: As per employment regulations of the firm

● Placement : Ebene
● Training : Quatre Bornes

Working Hours
During Training: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00
After Training: Monday-Friday plus one week-end per month. (Weekend paid overtime) 12.00 – 21.00 or
08.00 - 17.00
