ABZ Group is an innovative company based in Grand Baie, Mauritius that is involved in providing online services for a variety of markets including Travel, IT Solutions, Restaurants & Dining, E-commerce and Leisure Services through websites like Mauritius Attractions,,,, and Cine Sous Les Etoiles. 

Job Responsibilities

The main responsibility in this position will be to communicate with clients in relation to the products provided on the platform, a powerful marketing tool for business owners, and to maintain the back end of the platform.

The responsibilities will include:

  • Improve the overall client experience and engage with clients 
  • Manage and resolve client issues
  • Source events and dining deals for the platform
  • Operate the back-end of the platform by checking client reviews, data input
  • Follow up with and recruit clients for the platform to grow our client base
  • Keep accurate records and document client service actions and discussions
  • Analyze statistics of past engagements with clients and compile reports on trends noticed
