ABZ Group is an innovative company based in Grand Baie, Mauritius that is involved in providing online services for a variety of markets including Travel, IT Solutions, Restaurants & Dining, E-commerce and Leisure Services through websites like Mauritius Attractions,,,, and Cine Sous Les Etoiles. 

Job Responsibilities

The main responsibility as a Travel Coordinator will be to communicate with clients in relation to a product or service as well as potentially overseeing the teams that deal directly with clients.

The responsibilities will include:

  • Improving the overall client experience and engage with clients 
  • Managing and resolve client issues
  • Keeping accurate records and document client service actions and discussions
  • Analyzing statistics of past engagements with clients and compile reports on trends noticed

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Logical thinking skills
  • Prior travel planning and coordination experience will be considered a plus
