Job Description



Our client, an established company specialized in the distribution of frozen food is looking for an accounts and administrative clerk.

The ideal candidate should provide accounting and administrative support to the management team.

  • Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
  • Daily input of key data of financial transactions in database
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel
  • Compile reports/summaries on activity areas
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.
