Position Requirements:

  • Academics: A bachelor’s degree, preferred in Marketing and Commercial or any related field
  • Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience 
  • Salary Scale: Rs15,000-Rs30,000 (Depending on Qualification and Experience)


Skills and persona:

  • A keen eye for detail
  • Be well versed in Excel and Office related software  
  • Experience in Sales
  • Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
  • Competency in English & French 
  • Fast learner and quick thinker
  • Passionate about commercial
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver result
  • Be pleasant, outgoing and smart.
  • Be able to efficiently and accurately manage customers requests.
  • Good communication skills to interact and communicate concepts with the team and management.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
  • Research and analyze sales options
  • Establishing new business
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects and maintain professional networks
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new services
  • Negotiating contracts and packages
  • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
  • Any other Sales related tasks as requested by the Management.
