COMPANY OVERVIEW

Redline started its operation in 2006 and is the official distributor of the brands SHARP, AEG
ELECTROLUX, ODYSSEY. Redline offers a wide range of household appliances as well
as office equipments.

Redline is subdivided as follows:

Redline Distribution Ltd (RDL), which deals in household appliances such as refrigerator,
microwave, air conditioner, vacuum cleaner, cooker hood, cooking hob, oven, washing
machine, washer-dryer, small home appliances such as rice cooker, mini oven, kettle,
and TVs.

Redline Marketing Ltd (RML), deals in office equipment such as printers, copiers, fax machine,
interactive white board, calculator, electronics cash register, and Point Of Sales
Systems.

Smart Office Automation (Mtius) Ltd (SOA), deals in multifunction copiers branded Toshiba,
supply of toners, cartridges and consumables.

JPL Contracting Ltd (JPL), deals in the electrical sector and offers also other services such
as wiring installation along with distribution board configuration and wiring of high voltage
equipments, installation of cameras and DVR(digital video recorder)for office, shopping
center business premises, car parks and private houses.
