As a cost controller, he/she will provide an analysis on the consumption of Foods and Beverages. He/She will review the  menu costing to establish the menu sales price.  Hainan Foods Ltd is specialised in production of Dim Sum and Chinese & Cantonese meals. 

The Kitchen Helper has the responsibility of preparing food under the general direction of the Chef de Cuisine. To be responsible for the preparation and presentation of food thereby ensuring that all employees receive efficient service and high quality food.  

Hainan Foods ltd is hiring waiter and waitress to work for their outlet House of Canton at Ebene.

Ensure that all customers are assisted and orders taken. Display highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times. Ensure that orders are well captured on POS as per the Company’s standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner and payments.
