Responsible for sales of fish Serve customers Keep the store clean and tidy Unpack deliveries serve the customers and handle any returns or refunds

Processing fish into various products Packing fish according to customer specifications Cleaning of the processing facility and ancillary equipment

Monitor compliance with Quality standards on the production floor and within the facility ensure products confirms to specificationand food safety procedure

Conduct Regular patrol on dam area Report any suspicious activities or breach of Farm Management Maintain details and accurate record of security incidents and patrol Compulsory Skipper Licence + Clean Morality
