SCHNEIDER FINANCE® MAURITIUS belongs to SCHNEIDER BROTHERS ltd., a Private English Investment Fund existing for more than 25 years and currently located in London, UK. 

At the beginning of 2008, the SCHNEIDER BROTHERS ltd. "aggregated" Fund, constituted by assembling a series of private and personal funds belonging to the 9 managing partners, was transformed into a "closed" fund and developed its separate and independent activity.  

To date, the total amount of funds invested in projects or companies by managing partners is approximately 477 million pounds Sterling.

Our activity of issuing financial guarantees, built on the net assets of the Group, is based on European traditions and quality. That is why our financial products are perfectly adapted to the Mauritian market and its Franco-British tradition. 

In view of the specificity of the Mauritian market and the development of the local building companies, we wish to collaborate with them in order to best meet the demands of this booming market. 

With our rich experience in accompanying our clients throughout their real-estate programs in France, we want to put our know-how at the service of our Mauritian clients by proposing our Financial Completion Guarantee, among others. In the Mauritian law, based on the French Civil Code, for everything related to real-estate, the sale before completion (VEFA) contract is used for any PDS project. This type of contract forces the developer to sumbit a Financial Completion Guarantee.
