An Awards Winning Architectural Practice
The Principal, Pravin Desai is a registered Professional Architect with the Professional Architects Council, Mauritius, International Associate Member of American Institute of Architects, and whose portfolio includes some of the prestigious projects undertaken over the island.
The practice has participated in numerous architectural competitions in Mauritius and abroad. A number of Projects have arisen from prize-winning entries in architectural competitions

- Green Africa Awards 2013 – for the category: CONSERVATION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE
- Green Africa Awards Mauritius – 2011 for the category: GREEN ENDEAVOURS IN TOURISM
- Mauritius Association of Architects Award 2005 for: BEST HOTEL & LEISURE RESORTS
