Job Description
The job incumbent shall be responsible for managing and leading the store and logistics of the company by demonstrating high experience in driving process improvements and showing continuous development of new systems, best practices, and other optimisation framework to ensure business growth.
Job Requirements
- Oversee all the stores activities including shipping/receiving stock activities
- Logistics Management
- Stock movements
- Monitoring Inventory
Ensure effective people management and in delivering high quality on-time in-full service to the customers. He/She shall also ensure that the responsibilities, authorities and accountability of the team are defined and understood and that the employees in stores & logistics work in a motivating environment.
He / She shall also be responsible to manage all inventories and ensure proper control is implemented and monitored.
He /she will also have a high operational involvement in process optimisation/operational efficiency to continuously improve the business performance.
He / She shall also ensure that all transactions/duties are carried out in line with the company’s applicable policies, procedures, and processes and in strict compliance with the regulations and demonstrates commitment and involvement for a successful Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SH & EQ).
