Job Description

We are a notary office committed to providing professional, reliable, and efficient services to our clients. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage the notary's calendar
  • File and maintain accurate client records (physical and electronic)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Perform general administrative support and office tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and office information

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive documents
