We are a notary office committed to providing professional, reliable, and efficient services to our clients. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage the notary's calendar
- File and maintain accurate client records (physical and electronic)
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform general administrative support and office tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of client and office information
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive documents
