We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer to actively grow our B2B client portfolio and secure long-term contracts.

Job Requirements
- Develop and expand the B2B client portfolio (hotels, offices, industries, property management companies)
- Conduct active field prospecting (site visits, cold calls, networking)
- Identify client needs in maintenance, technical services, and construction works
- Prepare and follow up on quotations in collaboration with the technical team
- Negotiate and close deals (maintenance contracts, projects, interventions)
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term retention
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Contribute to the company’s commercial strategy
