Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:- Minimum HSC; Diploma in Administration/Business preferred
- 1–3 years’ experience in admin, reception or customer service
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude
- Good telephone communication etiquette.
- Calm and pleasant personality.
- Courteous and respectful attitude.
- Good verbal and written communication in both English and French.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Attention to detail
