Job Description
1. Plan manpower, prepare rosters, and allocate staff to ensure full area coverage.
2. Supervise and guide cleaning staff; provide task instructions and on-the-job training.
3. Ensure cleaning is performed as per schedules, checklists, and quality standards.
4. Conduct inspections and address complaints with corrective actions.
5. Enforce health, safety, PPE use, and proper chemical handling.
6. Maintain attendance, deployment records, reports, and inspection logs.
7. Oversee cleaning equipment condition, repairs, and staff training on usage.
