We are seeking a professional and reliable Valet & Room Attendant to join our hospitality team.
This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction that define our establishment.
You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining guest rooms, providing excellent valet services, and ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and welcoming stay.
As a Valet & Room Attendant, your key responsibilities will include cleaning and servicing guest rooms to hotel standards, arranging furniture and amenities, managing laundry and linens, handling guest requests promptly, and providing valet parking services. You will work collaboratively with housekeeping and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences and maintain the property's reputation for excellence.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a room attendant, valet, or in hotel housekeeping
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (French an advantage)
- Reliability and punctuality with a flexible approach to scheduling
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred for valet services
- Certificate in hospitality or housekeeping management (desirable)
